General Business PERSONAL LIABILITY The personal liability insurance provide indemnity to the insured and all the members of his family residing with him against all legal liability to third party for accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to property while walking, cycling, horse riding or taking part in any other personal domestic or recreational activities or due to ownership of horse, dogs, or cat. etc Exclusion The policy excludes liability arising through any trade or due to ownership or possession or use of mechanically propelled vehicles, vessels or craft. Underwriting Consideration The following facts must be considered in underwriting personal liability risks: i. Limit of liability anyone occurrence ii. Limit of liability anyone period of insurance Rating A range of rate between 1.0-.2 % can be charged. |
